Size Exchange Policy

We understand that it is not always easy to choose the right harness size for your four-legged friend 🐾.

That is why, if the size of the harness or collar you ordered is not right for you, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.

Size exchange conditions:
  • The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, and odorless.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • For Canada: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but the shipping of the new item is covered by Riri&Co ❀️
  • For international orders: Return shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer ❀️

If your dog is between two sizes, we invite you to order only one rather than ordering both, or to write to us for recommendations. We are a small business, and proceeding this way would help us tremendously. And if the size ever doesn't fit, our exchange policy is there to help you find the perfect fit! πŸ’›

How do I make an exchange?

  1. Email us at ririandco@hotmail.com with your order number and the new size you would like.
  2. We will provide you with the return instructions.
  3. Upon receipt of the item, we will send you the correct size as quickly as possible!
